
I worked out after coaching the 6 & 7 Boot Camps and the 8:30 WOD. Very few Boot Campers have stopped attending, and for this I’m happy. If you want to see results, you have to put forth the effort.

5 @ 75, 80, & 85% of 1RM
I completed FSs @ 155, 165, & 175#. The last set felt heavy, but I successfully completed all reps.
As much as I wanted to do “Helen” today, I instead created a WOD in celebration of Fanny.

This was surprisingly fun! I don’t like thrusters, but Fanny most certainly does. I completed all rounds of everything except rounds of 6 and 7 HSPUs unbroken, having to complete a few singles as my shoulders grew tired. Given how long it’s been since I’ve completed a workout with HSPUs, I’m pleased. Forward bar hops were miserable, particularly as the number of reps increased.
Today was a day when I sincerely wished that I had someone to work out with. I grows increasingly difficult to pace and/or push myself. At one point while completing lateral bar hops a somewhat slow song played and I found myself jumping to the slow beat. Perhaps Chris and/or Jannicka would like to work out with me? Anyone else?
