

No afternoon nap for me as well. And that’s okay.
I completed strength workout this morning at 10. And it was good. Very good.
Strength
Front squat
3-3-3-3-3
After warming up, I completed sets @ 165, 175, 185, 195, and 205#. Uhm, my 1RM is 210, so I front squatted 97% of 1RM 3 times. Yup, 3 times. I reviewed recording to ensure that I squatted below parallel and didn’t lead with my ass.
I get somewhat of a kick out of showing recordings to members, if for no other reason than to see their facial expressions when they hear me breath loudly as well as grunt.
I completed the remainder of my workout at 1.
Muscle-ups
EMOTM for 10 minutes complete up to 3 unbroken reps
Today was the first time I’ve been able to complete the first rep using regular, i.e., non-false grip. It takes a big swing to get my upper body through the rings, but I was able to successfully do so. I completed 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 3, 2, 3, 1, & 2 reps for a total of 24.

My goal was to work continuously, complete all rounds unbroken, and to complete a minimum of 9 rounds. I achieved goals, and completed 11 rounds + 4 reps.
