I worked out at 1 pm, and it was tough. I attempted snatch practice, but my right shoulder is a little sore. I won’t say “dammit”.

Vertical ring hold
Tami gave Luke a new squeaky toy, and he really, really wanted me to play with him. I had been hanging upside down for about a minute when Luke approached, barked at me, and then nudged me with his nose! The rings began to swing. Ha! I only managed to hold for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. I won’t say “dammit”.
Conditioning
12-minute AMRAP
Beginning with 2 reps and increasing by multiples of 2, i.e., 2, 4, 6, 8, etc., complete the following activities:
— Box steps/leg holding KB (52# and 20″ box)
— KB goblet squats
— Pushups
My goal was to complete unbroken, and I was barely able to will myself do so. Box steps holding 52# KB were tough. Very tough. Goblet squats after box steps were tough. Extremely tough. Pushups were a welcome relief.
I worked at a steady pace, yetet I only completed 14 rounds. That’s 105 reps of all activities.
